When you fall out of love,

You start seeing the truth,

And you curse at yourself

For not seeing

What your friends and your mom

Have been trying to say

And you've heard what they said,

Misbelieving.

When you fall out of love,

Then you start being mad -

Being mad at yourself

And for giving

Into course of events

That have brought you to him,

This unfortunate man

That you're leaving.

When you fall out of love,

You start asking yourself

"How do I really know

If it's worth it?

So that next time I won't

Make the same mistake and

Waste my efforts again

To reverse it."

When you fall out of love,

You pop corn and watch that

Same bad movie you know

Word by word.

You forget for an hour

And a half that you're sad,

Then go back to the same

Lonely world.

When you fall out of love,

You regret all the time

That you wasted on him

And the dollars.

You however don't know -

When you fall out of love

What you really become

Is just loveless.
